Community Growing - 2nd Call for Projects
Submitted by leaderPM on Mon, 15th Mar 2010The programme has made its second call for projects under the community growing theme. Communities and organisations are invited to put forward projects that could deliver a wide range of community growing projects within the villages of the Central Warwickshire.
The funding is available to any organisation whose project will directly benefit these communities and that meets the requirements outlined in the Local Development Strategy.

Living Roots Project

Would you be interested in a project aimed at bridging the gap between generations by sharing holistic and innovative ways to cultivate and utilise herbs whilst improving local places for wildlife?
If so then Living Roots WWT are looking for YOU to support their bid for funding!

AGM & Project Fair June 23rd 2010
Submitted by leaderPM on Thu, 24th Jun 2010A BIG thankyou to all who attended our AGM and Project Fair last night and to Binley Woods Primary School and the PTA for the use of their hall and for providing refreshments.
Despite the World Cup, we were very pleased with the turnout and hope that you enjoyed the presentations, soundbites and mingling opportunity as much as we did!
We would also like to welcome our newly elected independent members Chris Firth and Ian Bentlett to the LAG. We hope that you enjoy being a part of CWV LEADER and look forward to working with you.
