The LEADER programme well and truely kicked off this evening. The event hosted by Garden Organic at their headquarters in Ryton was well attended by keen residents of Central Warwickshire. The event was setup to outline the draft Local Delivery Strategy (LDS) which we hope will be approved by Advantage West Midlands in the new year, releasing significant funds benefitting rural Warwickshire. It was also an oppportunity to inform people how the programme is likely to work and more importantly to engage and stimulate ideas which could be funded through the program.
