Once the full application form has been appraised by the LAG and accepted for funding the programme team and accountable body will need to put in place a funding agreement or contract for the project to ensure that all parties understand what is going to be delivered. As part of this process the programme manager and monitoring officer will make a project evaluation visit (PEV) to the project and discuss the contractual arrangements and put the paperwork in place. The documentation necessary for the funding agreement will include:

  • Offer Letter/Funding Agreement;
  • Applicants Guide to Funding;
  • Copy of the Original Application;
  • Claim Form;
  • VAT registration document;
  • CREG 16 Form (Customer Registration Form);
  • Claims Signatory Form
