New Hub To Benefit Rural Businesses

A new innovation centre based in Warwickshire is looking to help new and small rural businesses thrive.

The Rural Innovation Centre based at Stoneleigh Park has been created to support small firms in rural areas of Warwickshire as part of a major initiative to boost the rural economy.

The centre has a state-of-the-art conference room available as well as 16 offices to suit businesses ranging in size from two to six people and has access to high-speed broadband. There are also four hot desks available and businesses working from home can use the centre’s prestigious address for mailing. The beautiful rural setting and free parking make it an attractive, peaceful and stress-free place to work.

The Rural Innovation Centre is part of the Rural Growth Network funded by DEFRA, and led by Warwickshire County Council on behalf of the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership. This means that tenants can gain access to a host of advice and support services free of charge, including expert help with business planning and growth, loans and grants.

Companies based at the centre will also be able to take advantage of other facilities at Stoneleigh Park, which include a children’s day nursery, gym, café and organic farm shop, archive storage building and hotel.

The Rural Innovation Centre is part of the programme to revitalise Stoneleigh Park by LaSalle Investment Management who manage the site and aim to turn it into a centre for agriculture, rural business, science and innovation.
